If you are interested in hosting a R.E.A.D. program at your facility, please include the answers to these questions in your inquiry.

1. What type of organization are you inquiring for (i.e. library or school or other)?

3. Are you planning the activity to be a one-on-one child and animal & handler experience?
4. Will there be onsite support provided for the therapy team(s) in the program?
